I've been busy helping my parents with their new stall, projects and did some useless crap and if you realised i've been pretty emo lately but, i'll be ok, as always haha.
Got back my first international finanace test results, pretty crap got just pass and i only heard 1 DI so far and yea of course left 2 major projects. I'm sick and tired of school, prolly due to my emotions fluatuating up and down these few days.... I need a good get a away....
The internship never follow up on me, emailed violet and she ignored me, guess I didnt manage to clinch the internship but all is well, I should be going on a short holidays with some of the guys to Thailand and helping out with my parents stall if I really don't have much things to do during the hols.
I pray for success and everything go smoothly with my parents stall opening next week and maybe after graduation i can full time assist them and maybe open up expansions and craft a brand name for our Chap Cai Peng! haha.

Handed in EG project on Friday, don't really know how its gonna turn out to be. Really very uncertain this semester, hopefully can maintain gpa above 3 still. I know academic excellence is just for display sake and it takes much more factors to succeed in life in future. But academic execellence is my first minor step towards success i felt and as the role of a student, a learner, achieving good grades is a sign of recognition and achievement for me.
Final 2 projects, MR is ok but strategic management is a bitch, don't really know which company should we work on......... why cant we come up with our own imaginary company? Ok Informatics, Wingtai, Amara and what elseeeeeeeeeeee hmmmmmm...

I've been working on projects school and family wise lately.
Family wise, my parents are going to start their own chinese mixed rice stall (菜饭)ever since my dad got retrenched and my mum's chief cook contract at ngee ann ended. The stall will be located at Arena Country Club's food centre coming April.
So as a sign of support, I tried my best to help them think of some marketing strategies and such, designed long term goals and short term goals for the stall and let my mum consider. My mum is experienced in cooking and managing stalls cause that was what she had been doing for the past 6 yrs. And now she decided to venture out, I wish her all the success and may TCMR (Traditional Chinese Mixed Rice) becomes a house-hold brand name for 菜饭~!
I have been working on a blog for TCMR as an initiative for a chinese mixed rice stall to go online. Hopefully the business goes well for them and maybe we can establish a .com webby etc. A small step towards a bigger one.

Went to Jb today with my Mum to collect her 'CPF' from Msia. Its not much around 2k ringgit but this is something she wanna settle, she don't want her money go get taken up by Msia haha.
Went to a kopitiam near 大马花园 for breakfast, had some dim sum and wanton mee, the noodles were so 幼! 赞~ but the aunty forgot our order so we were waiting a while and realise we need to reorder again.
At the 'CPF building' the process was pretty fast, but the forms was in bahasia malayu like erm....shit I cant read malay, luckily my uncle was around to chauffeur us around and he helped to fill the forms and settle the thingys and next was on to grandma place, tried to watched this vcd called the tunnels or something but quality aint that clear and next on was to the new Justco nearby.
The mall was pretty empty and nexttt was lunch at this kopitiam eating fried dumplings and Yong Tau Fu, my throat is hurting now crap.
Internship interview tmr, needa wear formal to sch, wonder how its gonna be. If i get an internship this hols, I'll be pretty busy with working/learning/running. I guess thats what u call a holistic life. Lets hope I survive through my 84km and still turn up for work the next day if I get the internship LOL.

I have a lousy finance lecturer, lousy not as in hes not good with his stuff, lousy as in I don't understand why theres no coordination with RMIT and Singapore and whatever he teach was like the bare minimum and no use to our test or examinations. Despite the past week of hardcore mugging, the question paper is pretty alien to us.
I'm lucky to be able to grasp the concept pretty ok by myself and thus I don't think I'll fail but its pretty hard to say if I'll score and I don't like this kind of feeling =\.
I'm a bit tired to try to keep on track with degree with distinction =\.
Man I really like to burn the book and go to sleep and forget about studies.

I'm a 1/4 nerd (I read quite a bit, news and TEXT BOOKs and notes and I've pretty awesome results over the last 2 semester with 4high distinctions, 3 distinctions and 1 pass for a retarded module).
I'm a 1/4 ah beng (I love certain techno and trance songs, I used to be awesome at dance dance revolution, I am good at DJ Max and I used to be pretty ok at beatmania. I am growing to like honda civic, I've ear piercing and I've always wanted to do a tattoo on my body loll and I speak some hokkien)
I'm a 1/4 sportsman (I was in track and field, dragonboat, used to love basketball and is into running and static exercises now)
I'm a 1/4 Gamer (I played countless mass multiplayer online games (mmorpgs), I've completed many single player titles on the PC, used to hv PS 1 and Sega and play lotsa games on them too, I have a psp)

Just let Master Khor read my palm, after all the 'hype', and especially I have a palm tts different from most others (if you know me, u'll know lol)
Some of the things he said and I can remember:
He describes me as
1) Emotional and sentimental (Well I do dropped a tears or 2 during emo shows and such... hmm)
2) I'm a very nice person so my perception of others are very nice too (I think hes telling me dun be so naive heh.)
3) I'm very intelligent and analytical, in short a strategist (woot, I hope I am)
4) I am very rebellious at heart (well maybe)
5) I am creative and imaginative (hope so).
6) I am very cocky and I like people to praise me, who oppose me shall die (lol true to a certain extend actually)
7) When I blow up my temper, it can get quite ugly (quite true, but i've learnt to curb my temper much better compared to when I was younger)
8) People tend to misunderstand me a lot... (I dunnoe, well maybe)
9) I am very frank (hmm yea, too frank actually from what some of my friends said lol)
Advices he gave me :
1) I will find a lot of opportuinites, 贵人 and my love if i travel away.
2) My success will be found overseas, not in my birthland.
3) My health will not be very good, so I need to sleep right, eat right and exercise.
4) I must plan early for my career, if not I'll not earn as much as I should.
5) My money comes easy go also easy, if I'm thrifty, I'm penny wise pound foolish, but I will not have worries of money in my life as I'll have my fair share of 横财 & 正财 (fortune through luck and work).
6) I will be 一生奔波 (active all my life), even after retirement, I'll be maybe travelling around to do charity work and such.
7) I'll need to find intelligent and submissive wife, looks are only for the short term, but I'll need someone of certain intellectual capability in the long run (of course I'll like someone who is pretty and clever eh? haha)

不知不觉, CNY is over soon with tomorrow being the Chinese Valentines. Wanted to celebrate with the freshies at Evan's place but unfortunately he was admited to hospital due to some old injury, hope he has recovered well and still stay strong and big.
Had the council initiation yesterday and played some sort of amazing race with a team of fun people by alighting at different stations along the East-West line while heading towards the final destination of Pasir Ris. Somehow just felt pretty 'low' throughout the evening maybe cause a lot of people had to 'miss' coming for initiation.
Got a serious hang over this morn and I'm still feeling slightly sickly after puking 2-3 times with the card games at the chalet last night. Gonna convince myself to turn in early and wake up early to get back on track to my plan of healthy sleeping habits in a vague attemp to clear my horrible eye bags and dark eye circles accumulated over the past 24 yrs.
6 projects with 3 of them dued pretty soon, EG (Group) this coming Friday, SM (Individual) the friday after next and MR (Presentation) on next next next Tuesday.
Seems like i'm slacking this semester, hv been just randomly reading my old mangas and playing witcher and I need to buck up a little... a little I guess haha, I am hoping to secure High Distinction for IF and MR cause these 2 mods seems the most possible, and pray hard for the best to turn out for SM and EG.
Side note, I have left warhammer online as the game got 'pretty old' for me, quite boring and I'm downloading single player games to play. Single player games provides much more pleasure to the eyes, like woah, the witcher has awesome graphics, dled F.E.A.R and Two worlds, gonna play them 1 by 1 slowly while finishing my assignments hah.
